However, users must independently verify that any generated names do not infringe existing trademarks or other intellectual property rights. Oucywo.com does not perform trademark searches or guarantee the availability or non-infringing status of generated names. Users assume full responsibility for due diligence.

Takedown Procedure

Once a properly formatted DMCA notice is received, Oucywo.com will:

  • Expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown action and the DMCA notice.
  • Take reasonable steps to contact the copyright owner or agent for further instructions if needed.

We maintain logs of all DMCA notifications and actions taken for compliance and auditing purposes. False or misleading claims in a DMCA notice may subject the complaining party to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content has been removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the takedown was a mistake or that the material is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated DMCA Agent containing substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material previously appeared (e.g., URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly notify the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a lawsuit against you in court, we will restore the material unless otherwise directed by legal authority.
